Heisei Shipping Agencies acts as your personal representative always giving you creative solutions to problems, with the lowest possible port costs, maintaining the highest level of quality service.

Introduction
Heisei Shipping Agencies was established in March 1994. The twelve founding managers each had over twenty years experience within ship agency. The company has experienced rapid growth and now handles 110 port calls per month throughout Japan. Heisei have a staff of twenty-two, all of whom have worked together previously. They have a combined total of two hundred years experience in shipping.The company has their Head Office in Tokyo and a Branch Office in Osaka. All Japanese ports are served by Heisei via an established network of well known sub agents under Heisei control. Heisei was accredited by NKKKQA ISO 9002 quality certification on May 8, 1995, the first ship agent in Japan to do so.

Heisei activities are
Tankers: Gas/Chemical/Oil, Dry Bulk, Liner Services, Heavy Lifts, P&I Correspondents. The principals of Heisei are spread worldwide. Within North America there are over twenty regular principals. The company philosophy is to provide personalized services that exceed expectation. Heisei will always focus on delivery of the utmost to their principals.
